Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-Made Products: Any item that has been custom made in terms of size, design, or other personalized specifications cannot be returned or refunded.
- Damaged Products: Products that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund. We advise you to carefully pack the item when returning it.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product was shipped, regardless of whether it is returned, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
